Terms of service
The service
1in8billion.games provides 1 in 8 billion, an independent fictional life simulation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by 1in8b.life. Contact us at contact@1in8billion.games. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase.
Accounts and free play
Keep access to your sign-in method secure. Each account may start one free life with up to three generated chapters. The current pending chapter counts toward this limit. Deleting a life does not restore the trial. Do not create accounts to bypass the limit.
The $11.11 unlock
A one-time USD $11.11 payment unlocks unlimited personal gameplay on your account while the service operates. Applicable tax and the final total appear at Waffo checkout. There is no recurring subscription. Unlimited means no chapter or life purchase quotas; it does not include bots, bulk automated generation, resale, credential sharing or abuse. Reasonable request pacing protects service availability.
Payments and refunds
Waffo processes payments. Access begins after server-side payment verification, not merely after a return-page visit. Contact us with your payment reference for billing issues or a refund request. Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights under applicable law are unaffected. A successful refund or payment reversal can revoke paid access.
Fiction, AI and demographic data
Stories may include illness, loss, inequality and death without graphic depiction. AI can produce mistakes. Characters, choices and outcomes are fictional and are not medical, financial or other professional advice. Public population data informs the model; fictional game weights and personal outcomes are not measured real-world predictions. No life length, success or outcome is guaranteed.
Availability and acceptable use
An internet connection is required for account-based play and AI generation. We may correct defects, maintain the service or prevent abuse. AI outages can use labeled built-in scenes. Do not attack the service, misuse accounts or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend abusive access; legitimate consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your records and changes
You may download your story and delete your lives or account. Keep your own exports if a record matters to you. Features and these terms may change; material changes will be explained on the site. We do not promise perpetual operation. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in force.
